Left: Club Designer, one of Thomas’s biggest clients in Taiwan, asked her to collaborate on a piece for its 30th anniversary. She received simple instructions to “build an amazing piece.” The gown hung from the ceiling within a column of rain in the Taiwan Museum of Contemporary Art and later found a permanent home in her office.
